This portfolio showcases our recent project with GoodNews National Bookstore, one of Australia’s largest national retailers. GoodNews operates across major city centres as well as through a dedicated online platform, offering a diverse catalogue of books and serving a wide customer base.

Through this project, our team was tasked with designing an interactive Tableau dashboard that captures book sales transactions, customer behaviours, membership details, product categories, promotions, and financial metrics. The dashboard is designed to provide clarity, support decision-making, and highlight opportunities for strategic improvement.
